14+ Discomfort In Chest And Back When Swallowing PNG. In meantime, reading about perforation and wondering if this sounds serious. This morning i woke up with a sharp discomfort (not really pain) but it feels like something is stuck in my esophagus!

I only get this when i swallow. It's not difficult to swallow.no problem with that. Last night i took an acne pill that i've been taking for months but i didn't use water to swallow it and then went strait to bed.
